Overview

This section strictly outlines the specific terms for all pre-order items, which are different from standard stock items.

1. Pre-Order Confirmation & Delivery

1.1. Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 25-30 days from the date of order confirmation.

2. Strict No Cancellation & No Exchange Policy

Once your pre-order is confirmed, the following rules apply:

2.1. No Refunds: The advance money paid is non-refundable.
2.2. No Cancellation: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled for any reason after confirmation.
2.3. No Exchange: Pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for different products, colors, or designs after confirming the order.

3. Delivery Charge

The standard delivery charge is applied to all orders:

3.1. Inside Dhaka: BDT 80.

3.2 Outside Dhaka: BDT 120

4. Refusal of Delivery Charge

4.1. If you refuse to accept the delivery of any product (standard or pre-order) for any reason other than a confirmed defect or damage found during the inspection:
4.1.1. An extra charge of 80tk will apply for inside Dhaka.
4.1.2. An extra charge of 150tk will apply for outside Dhaka

5. PROCEDURE FOR PLACING A PRE-ORDER

The estimated delivery time is approximately 25-30 days.

NB: After pre-orders have been confirmed, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted. The items won’t be exchangeable for different products, colors, or designs. The money in advance is non-refundable.
