At Rose Bianco, each pre-order item is specially arranged and produced based on your confirmed order. Because of this, our policies for pre-order items are strict and transparent to ensure a smooth experience.
1. Strict No Cancellation & No Exchange Policy
Once your pre-order is confirmed, the following rules apply:
1.1. No Refunds: The advance money paid is non-refundable.
1.2. No Cancellation: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled for any reason after confirmation.
1.3. No Exchange: Pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for different products, colors, or designs after order is confirmed.
2. IMPORTANT: Inspection Upon Delivery
Your right to an exchange or refund depends entirely on your immediate inspection of the product.
2.1. You MUST inspect the product thoroughly for any damages, defects, or issues in the presence of our delivery personnel.
2.2. Complaints will NOT be accepted once the delivery personnel has left the location.
2.3. By accepting the delivery, you confirm you are satisfied with the product’s condition.
3. Exchange Procedure (Only at Time of Delivery)
If you find an issue during the mandatory inspection, you have the option for an immediate exchange:
3.1. Valid Reasons for Exchange:
3.1.1. The product is Damaged or Defective.
3.1.2. The Wrong Item (e.g., incorrect color or size) was delivered.
3.2. How to Exchange:
3.2.1. Immediately inform the delivery personnel of the issue.
3.2.2. Call us right away to report the problem and initiate the exchange process. Exchange Time: The exchange process for the correct or undamaged item may take 25- 30 days.
4. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange or Refund
We do not accept exchanges or refunds based on personal preferences:
4.1. Change of Mind (you decided you no longer want the item).
4.2. Dissatisfaction with the color, texture, design, or material once accepted.
4.3. Items where the delivery was accepted, and the personnel has already left the location.
4.4. Sale items or gift cards.
5. Refund Eligibility (Delivery Failure Only)
5.1. The only condition under which we will issue a refund of your advance payment for a pre-order is only if we fail to deliver the product within 50 Days from the date of your order confirmation.
